• Date of Birth: Used exclusively for features like the Astrology Assistant to generate personalized reports.

This information is stored only on your device using `UserDefaults` and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by using the "Logout" feature in the App's settings.

Device Permissions

To provide our services, we may request access to certain features on your device. You can manage these permissions in your device's settings.

• Location Data: We request one-time access to your device's location to provide you with a localized weather forecast on the dashboard. We do not store or track your location history.
• Photo Library (Write Access): We request permission to add photos to your library. This is solely for the purpose of allowing you to save images generated by the AI Image Generator feature. We do not access, view, or upload your existing photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

• To create and manage your local user profile.
• To provide personalized content, such as your name on the dashboard and astrology reports based on your date of birth.
• To enable the core functionality of our AI features.
• To provide location-based services, such as the weather forecast.
• To allow you to save content you create within the App.

3. Disclosure of Your Information & Third-Party Services

Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell or share your personally identifiable information (Name, Date of Birth) with any third parties.

However, to power our AI features, we send the prompts you enter to third-party AI service providers. This may include:

• AI Chat, Cooking, Travel, Astrology, and Prompt Generation: Prompts for these features are processed by the Qwen Plus model, which is provided by Alibaba Cloud's Dashscope service.
• AI Image Generation: Prompts for this feature are processed by Stability AI.

The information sent to these services is limited to the text prompts you enter for a specific task. We do not send your name or date of birth with these requests. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your personal profile information (name and date of birth) is stored locally on your device. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no security system is impenetrable.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your personal data within the App:

• Access and Correction: You can review and change your name and date of birth by using the "Logout" feature in the Settings screen, which will reset the app and allow you to re-enter your information.
• Data Deletion: The "Logout" feature also serves as a data deletion request. It erases your name and date of birth from the device's local storage.
• Permissions: You can revoke location or photo library permissions at any time through your device's settings. Doing so may limit the functionality of certain features.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
